How do I restore Pro on a new iPhone?
Open Profile and tap Restore. Pro comes back on any iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account it was bought with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Lately Me Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
How do I keep a copy of my memories?
Open Profile and tap Back up. Save the file to Files or iCloud Drive. Your diary lives only on your phone, so a backup is the way to keep it safe.
My daily reminder does not arrive.
Check that notifications are on in Profile, then in iPhone Settings › Notifications › Lately Me. Focus modes can also hold reminders back.
How do I lock my diary?
Turn on Lock journal in Profile. The app then asks for Face ID or your passcode before it opens.
Can I change my face or the faces in my calendar?
Yes. In Profile, tap your face to pick another or edit it, and Icon type to choose how the days look.
